Freshworks eCommerce & Email Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled eCommerce & Email Marketing Specialist with strong knowledge of Freshworks CRM + Marketing module. The role will be a dynamic role that allows for exposure to multiple clients concurrently in multiple different eCommerce industries.

To successfully complete the role of Email Marketing Specialist, key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Be the key point of contact for our internal team to advise and direct on the execution of an already confirmed strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Freshworks.
- A proven track record of customer management & success.
- Knowledge of the key principles of email marketing.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work within a highly systemised environment.
- The ability and desire to improve systems where improvements are seen.
