Genius Games is looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator. This role is critical for Genius Games, and the input, contributions, and decisions made by this person will be extremely important to the success of our company.
We’re looking for someone who is highly self-directed, organized, and analytical. Someone who is personable and who loves solving challenging puzzles, and is also not afraid to try new things, test things out and make progress by trial and error. Someone who thrives in an atmosphere where giving and receiving feedback is the norm.
Most importantly, this person finds meaning and fulfillment in using their skills to personally and directly help drive the growth of a small company.
If you’re just looking for another job, this position isn’t for you. If you don’t love working your rear off as a critical part of a team, growing something that really matters, and learning a bunch along the way, then this isn’t the position for you.

Highly proficient in finding answers via Google or YouTube - Mandatory
Proficient in Spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets)
Proficient in math, logic, and analytic problem solving
Personable communicator via
An eye for engaging visual design
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES WILL LIKELY INCLUDE:
Finding and maintaining retail sales channel relationships (~25%)
Communicating with influencers and product reviewers (~20%)
Optimizing Amazon Listings - Keywords, Images, etc. (~20%)
Coordinating paid ads with Amazon,
Social media contests, promotions and updates (~10%)
Team-wide meetings and strategic growth (~10%)
EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THIS AREA IS A BONUS:
Advertising on
Listing Products on Amazon’s Seller Central Marketplace
Amazon’s Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising Platform
Crafting Newsletters in platforms like MailChimp
Google Analytics, Adwords or Keyword Planner
Sending pitch
Graphic design of ads and visual content
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Terms Like: Return on Investment (ROI), Click Through Rate (CTR),
This position will start out Part-Time, but we’d prefer to move to a full-time in the near future. The position will include a three months training
