Job Description
KevGo is seeking an Assistant Financial Analyst. The successful applicant will be responsible for bookkeeping, assisting on ad hoc analyses such as financial planning, inventory forecasting, internal auditing initiatives and optimization, etc. The ideal person is a reliable, enthusiastic, and dynamic professional.

Responsibilities
Ensuring accurate recording of transactions in QuickBooks
Assist in analyzing financial data to forecast revenues and expenses
Prepare inventory forecasts and assist in maintaining inventory levels
Establish cost structures and determine budget for projects
Prepare reports and presentations based on financial data
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

Qualifications
A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Solid auditing experience
Very strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Passion for identifying and solving business problems
Ability to understand business issues
High attention to accuracy and detail
Proficient in Excel and Google spreadsheets


Additional Information
Pay: $600-$1000 depending on experience and qualifications; also negotiable
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; Generally around 8PM-5AM Manila Time (with 1 hour lunch break); flexible time can also be arranged depending on the tasks
