Amazon FBA Account Manager

Ideal prospect has advanced experience with Amazon store management. Able to monitor account health, do research, write appeals, and remove IP complaints. Able to effectively remove negative feedback on store. Able to monitor, create, and resolve Cases in the case log. Able to resolve stranded inventory and monitor other inventory issues. Able to effectively handle customer messages and prevent A to Z claims. Anything store related you must be able to handle it.

This person needs to be highly effective and able to think on their own. They must be a problem solver and very resourceful. They must have store management experience and not need to be trained in depth.
