TRUCK DISPATCHER USA

Looking for an office admin/ Truck Dispatcher for United States trucking company. Picasso Enterprises has a fleet of box trucks and works with a load board/broker to load the drivers. We are looking for candidates that have previous experience in dispatching trucks in the logistics business. The following are day to day tasks that must be complete.

Overseeing, coordinating, dispatching drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of all shipments from vendors to consignee locations.
Book and dispatch loads to drivers.
Negotiations with brokers.
Knowledge of Loadboards (Will train)
Collecting of BOL and POD.
Responding to emails.
Submit paper work for invoicing.
Must work in the same time zone.
Knowledge of HOS and DOT compliance.

- EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS OR TRUCKING INDUSTRY IS A MUST

3+ years of work experience in a similar role; Dispatching Trucks/ drivers, pro-active tracking locations and ETA, updating customers, escalating potential problems. Excellent spoken and written English

Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.

Great personality, upbeat attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
