Video Editor for Youtube Content Creation/Instagram

I currently have a Youtube channel and I am looking for a video editor with the following skills/experience:

- Edit videos in 4K high resolution/upload/download with google drive for access
- Removing video errors, adding pop up images/screen overlays, adding background music
- Using pop up wording on the screen
- Creating Youtube Shorts (condensing videos into 60 second clips)
- Extracting Clips for instagram posts and editing them
- Thumbnail experience is a plus, but not necessary

I am looking for someone who will use their creativity to help my channel grow. I am also looking for someone that is interested in working long term (years)
