Real estate cold caller / texter (wholesaling)

Looking for a Rockstar real estate Virtual Assistant - please ONLY APPLY IF you have the requirements below.

Requirements:
- 2 years in real estate outbound cold-calling (wholesaling)
- have Lead Manager or Acquisition Manager experience
- fluent in English, hard working and honest
- result-driven and have can-do attitude

Responsibilities:
- do outbound calls (Batch/Calltools) and texts (BLS/Launch Control) to homeowners
- in calls, ask if homeowner is open to receiving cash offer, get information about the property and gauge motivation
- set up onsite appointments or for client

Rate/schedule:
- schedule is 10am-4pm EST (Tue-Sat). Will make it 2 hours within 2 months of employment
- $5-7 per hour plus $ ---------- bonus per closed deal. Have seen VAs get 3 or more closed deals in a month.
