JOB OVERVIEW

Fast-growing e-commerce company seeks for a full-time Compliance/Business Development Admin to work-from-home in support of Compliance Team and the Compliance Manager. Strong communication skills required to collaborate and coordinate with the Business Development Director and the whole BD Team as they work together with various Brands and Distributors in creating new business opportunities while maintaining trust and rapport.

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities of this position are but not limited to:

- Fill out Brand application forms.
- Create cases to Amazon accounts to help correct feed issues or any other issue that arises.
- Handle communication with brands when the merchant price policy (MAP) is infringed.
- Support with Brand authorizations cases, send the communications approved by paralegal.
- Work with the Business Development Team to help solve Amazon cases, may include joining calls with suppliers and making calls to suppliers.
- Support the Compliance Team and the BD Team with any task or need at the ---------- nt.
- Other ad hoc tasks.


Experience and Qualities we look for:

- Able to demonstrate with 2 to 3 years ecommerce experience (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
- Able to demonstrate with 2 to 3 years experience managing Amazon Seller Central Accounts resolving Amazon cases.
- Able to demonstrate with 2 to 3 years similar experience reaching out to the Brands/Suppliers for any Brand authorization/compliance issues.
- Able to demonstrate with 2 to 3 years business development administrative experience.
- Able to demonstrate with 2 to 3 years general administrative experience in wholesale, retail, FMCG, distribution, manufacturing, and other similar industries.
- Good knowledge of identifying and solving any vendor/supplier issues.
- Capable of communicating with suppliers externally via phone calls, if needed.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Highly organized with strong record keeping and follow up skills.
- Quick and with good grasp for relevant information.
- Able to be a very effective administrative assistant to the functional team.
- You are hungry to learn, work, make changes and improve.
- Proactive and able to work with little supervision.
- Possess rigorous attention to detail and impeccable work ethic.
- You’re amazing at multitasking and you prioritize effectively.
- Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC-05:00)
- Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area in order to communicate with vendors when necessary.
- Able to communicate effectively and accurately in the English language via email, chat or call in a diplomatic way.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Familiar with how to use Slack, Zoom, Google Suites, Asana, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
- Comfortable filling out forms all day.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, and other related courses
