UX/UI Designer

We are looking for UX/UI designer to define how users will interact with our diagnostic tools and data. We are looking for a collaborative UX/UI designer who is passionate about providing phenomenal tools that people genuinely want to use. Our diagnostic tools are used by hundreds of people globally spanning across many departments within the company. By facilitating communication, reporting, searching, and diagnosis the diagnostic website plays a central role in Tesla’s ability to streamline service and the communication of issues across various organizations. This candidate will work directly with engineering and service organizations to implement and continually improve the user interface and capabilities of the online tools.
Responsibilities
• Lead UX/UI development for Thinkconveyancing.com.au website
• Keep an eye on trends and developments in the industry and identify capabilities that should be adopted.
• Transform complicated processes and concepts into simple, intuitive user flows and interfaces
• To refine specifications and requirements and ensure that final designs meet the needs of the end users
• Provide final detailed design specification and assets for front end developers to implement
• Help to gamify the website to incentivize and recognize top users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related fields.
• Commanding grasp of UX/UI practices and ideation tools.
• Able to proactively communicate status, evaluate needs and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours (6AM – 3PM MNL) from our office in Eastwood City, Libis
