Looking for a Customer Service VA with Amazon Experience

Who we are:
We are a multi platform e-commerce brand operating for over 6 years, selling mainly on Amazon in search of A Players to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, experienced VA to join our business, as an Customer Service Virtual Assistant.

What we offer:

Who we are looking for:
-Available Daily (7 days a week)
-Dedicated and available 40 hours per week
-Can check customer inquiries 2x a day to maintain good service level
-Can work long term
-Availability: Flexible but should be available at least 4 hour a day during our business hours
-Willing to work weekends.
-Love working in a fast pace environment.

Requirements:
-At least 2 years Amazon customer service experience (In Europe Is preferred)
-Has an up to date Passport- to be able to create your access to Europe Marketplaces
-Good command in English (written and verbal)
-Must response really quick and helpful/friendly to every question
-Must have a stable internet connection (Wired or Fibre)
