We are seeking motivated cold-caller / closers who looking to grow their career in the Real Estate field and earn a commission for each deal they submit that closes in addition to their hourly pay rate.

Job Description:
As a cold caller / Closer you will be calling property owners to see if they are interested in selling their property. You will be using our CRM system for in/out calling. Work hours are 10 AM to 7 PM EST with one hour break between 2 PM to 3 PM EST Standard Time.

? Work with our CRM and Google Drive to maintain all gathered information from prospect/lead
? Tour new acquisition opportunities and competitive properties in various neighborhoods
? Conduct cold calls
? List specific analysis to assist in investment, capital, and sale decision making
? Lead due diligence and transaction execution
? Conduct extensive property research and market analysis
? Market research and data analysis
? Canvass potential customers and maintain client relations on CRM
? Set up meetings with clients and bring deals to completion



Requirements:

At least 1-year of experience as a cold caller for real estate.
Conversational English – You must have little to no accent and be able to have a conversation without a script (think on your feet). The script should only be there as a guideline.
Experience cold calling – You must be friendly and cannot be afraid to talk with people.
Must have an excellent working computer/laptop – That is hard wired to your Internet Connection. “No Wireless Connection”.
High-quality headset with Mic (USB) Connected – “No Wireless Connection”.
Internet Speed – Must be 15 – 30 Mbps Up/Down – We will test this together.
Quiet workspace with no background noise or distractions.
Working cell phone with internet connection.
Must have a Wise / PayPal account under your own Upgrade to see actual infopensation:

Full-Time 40 Hours
$3 - $6 Per Hour
Paid every 1st and 15th of the month via Wise / PayPal


Bonuses:
Purchase of Property
Tier 1 (1 Deal Closed) $500
Tier 2 (2 Deals Closed) $750
Tier 3 (3 Deals Closed) $1,000
Tier 4+ (4+ Deals Closed) Additional $250 Per deal.
