Tier3 Media is looking for a stellar Personal Assistant who loves being a part of a caring team!

We are looking for a versatile and highly organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and scheduling meetings, taking notes, creating deliverable follow-up tasks, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Co-Founder. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when needed.

To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role. Accomplished personal assistants are intuitive to the team's needs and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Co-Founder and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
-Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Communicating with tea ---------- mbers, answering questions, and following up on client deliverables.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Co-Founder.
- Reviewing appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders when needed.
- Highly detailed and organized note-taking during meetings.
- Preparing for scheduled meetings and arranging communications with all parties.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Personal Assistant Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training is desired.
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing (fast and accurate), note-taking, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Working knowledge of online tools such as Slack, CRMs, and task software.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication.
