Senior Developer

Our German company is looking for a Senior level Java developer to manage the software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release in helping a team build an integration tool of a marketing automation platform with an insurance ---------- nior Java Developer responsibilities include gathering system and user requirements, building Java packages, and testing features before release. If you have hands-on experience developing software with agile methodologies and want to dive deep into complex code, we should talk.
This is a remote position with a German client. Everyone speaks English, but your English should be very clear and slow enough for international people to understand.
Ultimately, you will deploy and maintain functional, secure, and high-quality applications.

Responsibilities:
Coding Java
Attending meetings and brainstorming possible ways to solve problems
Make sure the code works and is well tested
Present your solution and help others understand what you did
Must be proactive and tell the team if something goes wrong, so we know early

Requirements and skills:
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field [Optional/Preferred]
Work experience as a Senior Java Developer or similar role
Experience designing, building, and testing Java EE applications
In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC
Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
Good delegation and time management skills
Problem-solving abilities
Great communication skills
BONUS if you know how to speak German
