Job Type: Full-time, Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, fixed Saturday and Sunday off
Pay: From $520/month + commission, paid weekly

DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.
Responsibilities
· Must truly enjoy talking with most people.
· Contact and generate sales prospects and leads and qualify their interest and purchasing intentions.
· Enjoys trying to convince people to try and buy things.
· Finds valid potential clients who are interested in buying and send information via
· Provides support by assisting with sales procedures.
· Help with sales related problems, create new orders, track, and investigate while managing customer accounts.
· Track prospects and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's database.
· Reading specific scripts and attaining client information to reach day-to-day requirements.
· Generate reports and information gathering and prepares a lead file with notes that the salesperson uses.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
· Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
· Must have 1 – 2 years Sales / lead generation / cold calling experience in BPO setting (Inbound & Outbound)
· B2B sales experience is a plus!
· Exceptional computer skills, tech savvy
· Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Must be enthusiastic, energetic and resilient
· Can work with less supervision, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task effectively
System Requirements:
· Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
· Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 8.00 GB
· Computer Operating System: Windows 7 to 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix or any operating system other than what is required.
· Internet Speed: Running on a 15 MBPS plan or higher (Primary and backup)
· Headset: Noise-cancelling headset; quiet background
· Note: The computer system you will be using should not be shared with anyone else and should be dedicated for work only.
