Process Creation Assistant

We help them with their strategy, their systems right through to their people and performance management. As a UK based company, our clients all speak English as their first language, as do ---------- 's therefore really important that you have a good standard of English speaking and writing. For some roles we can be flexible with working hours, but they should be based around the UK working day

The Role:
The position of Process Developer is needed on a freelance basis to help assist us on both internal projects and projects for our clients. For this we are looking for trusted partners that we can work with again and again. Much of the work we do is repeatable and therefore for the right person, there is onward opportunity. Also currently we have a big project that we are working on and there is a lot of work to be done

You will be required to review videos made by both us and our clients detailing the process to follow for a particular ---------- om this we need a document creating to detail this in words and a process flow diagram

Qualifications, Experience, Skills:
Experience of documenting operational processes within businesses
The ability to map a process to create a process flow diagram
To be able to work from explainer videos and translate these into step by step processes with process flow charts
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
 
Other Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Can work under pressure to meet pressing deadlines and anticipate business needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and be comfortable in an evolving environment
You must have a solid ethical framework and an understanding of confidentiality. You should have demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic in prior work experience
You will need a stable internet connection with an internet speed of 25 Mbps minimum
Must have a laptop or PC workstation with webcam and microphone
Laptop Specs:  Provide screenshot upon submission of application
Suitable work environment at home and not at public area such as coffee shop

Job Type:
Part Time Freelance: Initially we will work on a trial basis to make sure we are both a good fit for each other. Then upon review we will firm up our working arrangement and use you for regular projects

Working Hours:  
Project dependent with an estimation of 5-10 hours per week initially

Working pattern:  
Can be flexible dependent on project but mostly Monday - Friday for availability to communicate
