Professionnal Lead Sourcer / Appointment Setter

Hi there,

Our agency is looking for a skilled and talented leads sourcer, capable to find leads in the given niches (beauty/fashion/sportswear/etc).

We will give you specific niches and criteria that needs to be met within each lead (i.e.: XYZ amount of followers, should have posted at least once within the last 7 days, etc).

Your goal will be to source those leads and to follow our process to engage with them and send the ---------- ssages.
The whole purpose of this process is to get more calls booked for our agency with potential customers.
We will give you a full overview of the process, training, and all the tools you need to get started.

This is a very important role for our company and there are daily KPIs that need to be met.
Pay: hourly rate + commission (20$/call booked and showing up + 5% commission on the sale I'll make on your lead).

We need a highly driven, smart and hungry virtual assistant for this role.
Here's what we expect from you:
- Should be capable to understand lead sourcing criteria and follow a process
- Should be consistent and report to us daily
- Should be able to identify trends, think out of the box and come up with new ideas to improve the process
- Perfect written english skills are needed

There will be a small assessment test before we start working together.
