Virtual Project Coordinator Job

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will support program operations, community management, and stakeholder engagement for Accelerating Asia’s ---------- this role, you will play a central role in our rapidly growing team, which will offer significant opportunities for development as we scale ---------- THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

- Work cross-functionally with the Accelerating Asia team to execute project and event deliverables
- Manage two projects/ programs at any given time depending on the scope of the projects
- Coordinate virtual events and see them through from planning to execution
- Compile and put together event slides
- Collect cohort metrics and feedback based on a program's data collection points
- Prepare program reports
- Respond to client and startup enquiries efficiently
- Prepare speaker briefings and liaise with speakers

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A fast learner who can take initiative and work autonomously
- Outgoing, positive attitude. You like engaging with people, supporting them when they need your help, and going the extra mile to create a great experience for our stakeholders
- Efficient, organised and is focused on delivering engaging program and event experiences for all parties
- Written and verbal communication skills (by the way, one of our values is being upfront and honest)
- Comfortable working in a startup environment (we move FAST)
- Previous experience in a similar role or at an accelerator, incubator, or startup is a bonus
- You embrace digital tools and automate processes like you’re equal parts inventor and creative. Zapier, Typeform, Notion and ActiveCampaign are your friends. Work smart rather than hard
