VA & NFT Project Assistant

Finally Free Productions is looking for a dedicated and serious Virtual Assistant & ---------- Community Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage multiple social communities under the FFP umbrella.

Finally Free Productions is a mobile application and software development company that primarily focuses on building mobile apps for startups. You will be working with a highly motivated and talented team with quality, performance and scale in mind. Our core belief is that the customers are our number one priority so we work hard to deliver value back to them with everything we do.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage social media communities ( ---------- , Twitter, Instagram)
- Create posts and be active primarily on the ---------- server
- Respond to inquiries and comments on social media accounts from customers and prospects
- Manage all incoming requests on ---------- server
- Manage any unwarranted or inappropriate comments in ---------- server
- Manage with whitelisting
- Setup and run giveaways
- Setup and run collaborations
- Setup and run AMAs and engagement strategies like games, riddles, contests, trivia etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong working knowledge of ---------- , Twitter, Instagram
- Proven working experience in social media and community management
- Proven experience in Virtual Assistant work
- Excellent internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
