Assistant For Real Estate Office

I'm looking for professional person to work with me in Real Estate to help with marketing.
Will generate leads, produce ads, Upgrade to see actual infoanize, setting the plans and goals. Follow the calendar with goals schedules & task's. Produce research marketing pieces, servicing coordinate and schedule transactions. The work also include administration, research and accounting duties.
I'm offering a hire bonus after 2-weeks, good pay program, long term.
