Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a rain gutter company located in WA, United States (Upgrade to see actual info) who is looking to dominate our online marketing. Tasks will include assisting the President, and General Manager of the company to build a digital marketing strategy and team, including but not limited to:

Copywriting
SEO
Graphic Design
Video Editing and Production
Social Media
Adwords (we hire this out currently)
Google LSA

If you are looking for a long term position with a company who grows, this is it. I am looking for someone who has:

1. Minimum 2 years marketing experience
2. "Gets" online marketing, and is focused on goals and results
3. Wants to improve their life and grow with a company.
4. Is willing to become passionate about being the best in our industry and dominating our market.
5. Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
6. Is able to work PST time zone

Agencies need not apply. This will be a very personal, full time position working with the leaders of the company to learn the ropes. This will involve weekly meetings with homework, lots of training, and getting to know the inner workings of our company. Tasks will include:

Training and Research: listening to podcasts, reading books, etc. Learning never stops.
Weekly strategy meetings
Setting up accounts, graphic design, copywriting, video editing
Hiring and training people to delegate tasks to and build a marketing department
