Sustainability researcher and VA with excellent business writing and customer service skills

I am looking for a motivated person with an interest in corporate sustainability able to work independently conducting research on the topic, being an advanced-level user of MS Excel and Word, able to demonstrate excellent business writing skills in English, preferably with demonstrable experience writing blog posts or articles, and in addition willing to spend a few hours a day emailing clients, answering occasional incoming calls and updating my website and social media on an ad-hoc basis. This person should ideally be available to work 40hrs per week Monday to Friday and at least half of those hours during Central European Time (CET) working hours. The candidate will provide his/her own PC or laptop in full working order with Microsoft Office, broadband internet connection and either a mobile phone or a fixed line number fully available during working hours.

Selection process and other information
There will 2 interviews in Skype, 1 research and article writing test and 1 client email and call test, in order to help me assess the suitability of the candidate. In addition, there will be an initial trial period of 1 month paid at half the advertised monthly salary rate. All monthly salaries will be paid on the last day of each month.

About me
I am based in England and I am planning to start a new business venture soon, possibly in April, for which I will need some support. I have previous experience working with Filipino co-workers which I very much enjoyed. I am regarded as a good communicator, well organised manager and a patient person.
