WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Professional experience in eCommerce and/or digital content copywriting
- Undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, English, - Communications, or any related field
- Must be a fast learner, proactive, efficient, and highly organized
- Has an excellent command of the American English language both oral & written
- Amenable to work in PDT hours (GMT-7)
- Highly experienced in writing a variety of formats (creative, technical, descriptive, SEO-friendly, etc.)
- Should be a passionate and independent worker with a high sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn new things
- Should at least have experience in working with Google Docs, online project management tools, content- and SEO-related tools, and Slack

Job Description:

- Write product descriptions, image and video copies, marketing copy, and other content-related needs to support internal and external clients
- Provide SEO-optimized, technical, and creative copy deliverables while following brand guidelines and applying the Content Team’s best practices
-Work closely with the Copy Lead as well as the entire Content & Branding Team to carry out initiatives including content creation and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in conceptualization meetings and brainstorming sessions to determine a streamlined creative strategy for all kinds of content initiatives.
- Be able to provide support for cross-functional teams (Social Media, Reputation Management, SEO, etc.)
- Monitor client and in-house listings to ensure product information accuracy and listing indexation score
Editing and proofreading created content
- Collaborate effectively with staff members, member organizations, and external partners to ensure accuracy and quality of content deliverables
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the copy lead or content operations lead
