Facebook Business Manager-Ad writer/designer

We're searching for a key resources to design customer audiences, create content, and manage our monthly return on ad spend with facebook and instagram for ---------- . ---------- . Ideally that will continue into our amazon ad spend too. This is a role where we would like to start part time, and once refined would like to bring on this person full time, though freelance will be considered for the right person. I've highlighted my ideal candidate in the job description below. We currently spend between $5k and $ ---------- per month on facebook/ig ads, and $2k to $5k on amazon ads.

Additionally, we'd like this role to manage our email sends that go out every monday by writing copy, adding in designs and segmenting via Klaviyo.
