Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Support the monitoring, researching, routing, and reporting on leads
-Help account managers with reporting, data requests/questions, and analysis
-Create sales pitch decks, organize forms and image assets working with multiple internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
-Serve as a member of cross-functional processes teams working with marketing, logistics, design, and operations teams; aiming to increase effectiveness internally to maximize opportunities externally
-Develop and grow current & future customer accounts
-Maintain relationships with established customers while selling Company product
-Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
-Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer & order records
-Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings
-Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgets

Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in sales operations in the toy/consumer goods industries
-Comfort with basic business math
-Naturally high sales acumen
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A positive attitude, desire to "win", and a thick skin are all required traits for success
-Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision after training
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Critical thinker and problem solver
-Have good organization and time management skills
-Can-do attitude & willingness to go the extra mile
-Detail-oriented team player who can deliver results within deadlines
-Experienced in Google Sheets, sales CRM systems (e.g. Netsuite) is a plus
-Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
-Good sense of design skills to create pitch decks with designers
-Knowledge of Target, Walmart, and other dropship platforms is a PLUS
