PLANT MANAGER (MANUFACTURING)

We are looking for an organized Plant manager with expertise in Ventilation (Fans & Blowers, Air Terminals, etc.) to supervise all manufacturing processes at our plant. The Plant manager is responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met while following health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
1. Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
2. Create and maintain a production schedule.
3. Find ways to reduce production costs.
4. Implement strategies to minimize production.
5. Analyze workplace productivity.
6. Resolve any concerns voiced by employees.

Requirements:
• Managerial experience with expertise in Ventilation.
• A degree in Engineering, Business Management or any equivalents.
• Knowledge of health and safety laws.
• Leadership interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve.
