Marketing Assistant

I am an Insurance Agent with 3 sales people. I Was doing some SEO with little success. I need an expert to assist me in creating a website landing page for SEO and Lead generation. I have email campaign system in place but it is not utilized. We sell Individual Senior and Group Medical insurance. Our goal would be to generate leads to keep our sales force busy.
