County researcher

Part One:

Locate and compile data into an excel spreadsheet from counties in USA concerning tax deed sales. Requires mostly searching county websites for specific website locations, functionality, departments, job titles, names, and email addresses of proper contacts. This is a contract job for about 25 states. It should take weeks, or months.

Part Two:

Once the proper locations and contact email addresses are obtained, information concerning the results of tax sales would need to be gathered on a weekly basis by email requests, or locating the information on the website and downloading it.

Requires basic understanding of county government organization and flow, along with problem solving skills, as each county will have a slightly different organization. Experience mining real estate, or court data at the county level would be a great help.

Applicant should have a very curious personality type who understands that every problem has a solution, and is unwilling to take "NO" for an answer.
