Broker and Dispatcher

I am looking for both a Dispatcher & Freight Broker Agent but only someone that is able to fill both of these roles but I do not mind if you have a team to assist you with the work.
You will need to have experience dispatching trucks (Reefer,53 Dry Van, Flatbeds, Hot shots).
Knowledgeable in Lane Rates,
Knowledgeable in Call Handling Broker to Carrier vice versa.
Experience in Cold Calling and Getting Shippers.
Rate Negotiations Between Shippers and Carriers
Having an active Book of Business is not required but is preferred.
Knowledgeable on load boards : DAT, Truck stop, ETC.
knowledgeable on the use of TMS ,
