We are looking to hire a skilled Virtual Assistant specializing in WordPress development to design and implement attractive and functional web pages for our business. You will be responsible for the front-end development of our website using a WordPress Builder as well as the research and design for building our mental health app with online course features.

To ensure success as a WordPress Virtual Assistant, you should have in-depth knowledge of the Divi Builder, a good eye for aesthetics, and familiarity with building an app from scratch or using an app software. Ultimately, a top-class WordPress Virtual Assistant can create attractive, user-friendly pages that perfectly meet our design and functionality specifications, excellent in research, and willing to expand their skills in app development.


WordPress VA Responsibilities:
- Designing and building website pages using Divi Builder
- Researching trends and ideas on developing a mental health app from scratch or using an app software
- Providing the team with a step-by-step process of the things that need to be prepared for building an app
- Conceptualizing creative app and website ideas of the client
- Implementing app functionalities that the client envisions for her business
- Conducting website and app performance tests
- Testing and improving the design of the website and app
- Troubleshooting content issues
- Monitoring the performance of the live website and app
- Integrating the website with other software like Typeform, ---------- at, etc.
- Integrating the app with online courses (I.e. Teachable, Kajabi, etc.)
- Other Ad-hoc tasks

ABOUT YOU:

For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:

WordPress VA Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any similar field
- Proven work experience building websites through Divi Builders
- Knowledge of building an app from scratch or using an app software (Preferably, but willing to learn if no experience yet)
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery
- Excellent visual design skills
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with integrating other software like Typeform and ---------- at
- Comfort with building online courses (I.e. Teachable, Kajabi, etc.) is a plus
- Email Marketing Experience with Mailchimp is a Bonus!

COMPENSATION:

As a small business owner, I am unable to pay a large salary. I am, though, willing to offer $400 per month. Because the position will be the position that will bring in an additional line of income for STACS, the person hired will receive:
***$600 bonus: This bonus will be given out in 4 payments starting with:
- $150 at the point of hire
- $150 at 90 days
-$150 at 180 days
- $150 at 250 days of employment, presuming that all work is agreeably satisfactory to the hired candidate and STACS.

$1,000 Profit Incentive: The person hired for the position will be responsible for creating an eCommerce site within
our website, build an online course through the platform of Kajabi, Teachable or other platform. Because the
person who is hired will be largely responsible for the platform being successfully profitable, the candidate
will receive $1,000.00 as soon as we take in $10,000.00 in ---------- is my aim to make your connection with STACS worth your time.
