We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our company! We are a US-based recruitment agency, and we’re looking for someone who will primarily be responsible for sourcing and attracting high-level talent to our organization, for our clients. We focus on a variety of entry-level, mid-level, and management positions in the following industries in the US; Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, and other related industries.
The core responsibilities of this position are to work closely with the CEO of the agency and to develop your own recruitment plan to attract the types of candidates we are looking for. You will need to employ the best strategies to source, attract, prescreen, interview, and deliver top candidates, all while ensuring the best candidate experience throughout the process.
We’re looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday from 8 AM – 6 PM CST.
The starting salary is between $1000 - $2000 USD p/m during the initial 3-month probation period + $1000 USD for each successful placement that you make. This is a permanent long-term position. If you have what it takes to source, attract and deliver top candidates in the US market, you could be earning $5,000 - $10,000 USD per month with us.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has a neutral accent. We need someone who is tech-savvy, resourceful, has the ability to multitask, can conduct phone interviews throughout the day, and be confident to pick up the phone and call candidates.
The person in this position will need to display a high degree of initiative; have excellent time management, exceptional organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and searches at the same time. Top candidates should have a very strong recruiting background using their own unique sourcing techniques and strategies. They must be a team player and have outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and be able to combine all of these skills to qualify candidates via phone interviews.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Use Source Expertise to identify, attract and qualify candidates based on clients’ needs
• Facilitate the candidate interview process including the screening, sourcing, phone interviewing, scheduling, administrative and logistical details
• Create job postings on various platforms in the US
• Review direct applications and resumes for minimum requirements
• Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates and qualify them for the roles
• Conduct reference checks over the phone
• Summarize selling points of the candidate based on the phone interview
• Create Candidate profiles / templated resumes (Selling points, summary, and achievements) for clients
• Guide candidates throughout the whole hiring process
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process and provide regular updates to the agency

Requirements:
• 3+ years of Recruitment Experience in the US
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Will be conducting Interviews in the US)
• Fluent in English with a neutral accent
• Can work Monday to Friday from 8 AM – 6 PM CST
• Be able to build strong candidate relationships during the hiring process
• Be able to administer and manage various open positions, quickly prioritize key recruitment activities, and be able to multitask.
• Be able to guide candidates throughout the whole recruitment process
• Have fearless drive and motivation

BENEFITS:
• 1st Month Salary of $1000
• 2nd Month Salary of $1500
• 3rd Month Salary of $2000
• *The monthly salary will be reviewed at the end of each month during the initial 3-month probation period. After the 3-month probation period, and KPIs are achieved; the base salary will be $2000 per month + placement commission
