AutoCad/Sketchup Design Guru

We are a small real estate development firm. Currently, we have a few projects where we could use additional help with the design, modeling, and sketches for permits, etc. This position will initially be on a project basis with the ability to grow into more as we grow.

The project we'll need primary support with right now is a single family home located in South Florida. The design will incorporate each of the rooms inside as well as the exterior. Additionally, there will be breakouts with sub-sections such as raised garden beds.

Time is of the essence and this is a high priority project that will need immediate attention.
