Looking for a part to full time Sales Representative - all training provided

We are a growing company so this job will evolve over time, but for now we are looking for someone to help us do telemarketing, close sales and applicant screening.

We will provide all the training materials you'll need, and templates for the calls, but in order to communicate with our team you must have decent English communication skills. There will be a google meets call interview (voice only) as part of the screening process.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build client profiles based on screening calls
-Document interaction in spreadsheet
2. Cold calling leads and cultivating potential customers
3. Closing prospects
4. Use Trello & Google Sheets as part of our business management to communicate with our team
-Experience is preferred but not necessary. Prior research is encouraged
5. Since we will provide all training, it will be most important that you can learn how to do new tasks

Work environment:
1. Remote sales calls for Software - working closely with upper management

We have worked in the past with VAs from the Philippines. We offer flex scheduling (we are located in the US (PST and our business hrs are 9AM-2PM, so you'll occasionally need to be available outside of your normal business hours).

It is very important to us that you have good feedback from others who have hired you (if possible, you should provide alternate references of former employers based in English speaking countries).
