Inside Sales for Trucking Logistics

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced full-time Inside Sales/ Truck Dispatcher with a great attitude and excellent communication skills, who knows how to negotiate and book the best load for the driver, knows how to plan the week, and knows how to operate with DOT ELD regulations.

Our growing team includes Ten virtual members currently, in addition to six staffed on-site in the USA


Qualifications / Skills / Experiences (required):

- Past work experience as an ISA is MUST
- Willingness and eagerness to learn ( I can’t teach desire)
- Follow directions (they will be trained)
- Work on a plan (Steps of a sales process)
- Multitask (be able to work on 3 things at once)
- Coachable (open to sales 101 training)
- Confidence on phone (funny - sales isn’t serious business)
- Have a life outside of work (what life experiences can you share with prospects i.e. boating, fishing sailing drinking rum like a drunken sailor LOL)
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Someone who takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position
- Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Must possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
- Ability to work during EST hours
- Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers
- A roll up your sleeves, and a hands-on deck mentality to cross-functional tasks and assignments
- Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
- Resourceful team player and a positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attendance record
- Willing to learn about the industry and help us maintain and grow our accounts


Things we're not looking for:

- Not 10 years of sales experience (let’s mold and train someone under 30)
- Not wanting to be a team player (many prospects will be handed to this person)
-Someone that doesn’t like to learn new things and isn’t curious
- Someone that isn’t interested in sport score Mets, Yankees, Giants, Jets, Devils, and Rangers (we are in metro NJ)


Things they can expect:

- Sales Process (Load the Funnel training)
- How to research an account using LinkedIn Manta company websites
- The benefits of CRM
-Understanding customers pain points and why that’s important
- The proposal and quoting (which will be a new box on EE 002)
- Teach closing skills (Ask for the order)
- Mentoring and coaching

Most Important:

Loves Life – enjoys work but really has outside interests and someone people want to get to know

System Requirements:

The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for main hardware and back-up
Ram should be at least 8 gigs with 100 Gb of Free disk space
A second Monitor for multi-tasking
A Headset with a noise-canceling feature
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main ISP
Strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
