US Real Estate Firm Seeking Web Development Consultant

US-based Real Estate Investment Firm seeking an experienced web developer. We have tea ---------- mbers in the US and at PH collaborating daily on operating the Real Estate business and solving problems.

Work Expectations:
1) working on the company website, currently in wordpress, we may develop a new version with more functionalities soon,

Working as a technology and web development consultant with the business operations team to improve the website.
2) train the tea ---------- mbers on updating and upkeeping the website as part of the assignment close out.

We expect this consulting role to be a 3-month engagement. Extension or change to work role can be discussed case by case 2 months into the engagement.
Both part time and full time options are available for the 3-month engagement period.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding firm capable of close collaboration with active work groups.
• Great communication skills

• Team player who brings both a proactive approach and a positive mindset
• Must complete work each week using tracker app such as Time Doctor
• Must be comfortable with common VA support and admin tasks collaborating with both the PH and US-based
team
• Flexible working hour options can be reviewed.

What We Provide:
-Part-time work is as half at PH 25,000/month variable w/ experience and workload expectations. Current position is expected to be a 20hrs on flexible schedule a week. This position can also be a freelance scenario of variable workload throughout the month on an ongoing basis. Full time is an option that can be applied for after onboarding.
-Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
-1 week bonus pay after 30d+ with the company
-Two weeks paid vacation each year
-Most major holidays off, paid
-13th month bonus provided by Christmas for permanent staff
-Internet Stipend, PHP 1500/month for full or 750/mo at half-time
-Equipment package at PHP 10,000 when onboarded at full time stage
-Raises correspond to the quarterly review system
-Flexible hours, days; you can pick which days of the week and hours to work
-Work from home
-Paid training if you want to increase skills relevant to business goals
-Potential performance bonus for exceeding expectations.


What You Provide:
-Must have your own working computer,
-Must have high speed internet not below 50mbps
-Must have appropriate software
-Must be willing to learn and take assignments with deadlines
-Must perform basic Virtual Assistant duties
-Must communicate through Slack, Google Meet, Skype, and other common platforms
-Must perform well in a team environment
-Must meet deadlines
-Must be responsive and communicative during the work day.
