PERFORMANCE, SECURITY, AND SEARCH (SEO) OPTIMIZATION EXPERT WANTED

JOB OVERVIEW
Currently seeking a top-performing SEO marketing manager experienced in SEMRush audits & optimization, including keyword and competitive analysis and strategy. REQUIREMENT: 5 yrs experience or more

GOOD TO KNOW (Please reply with your skill levels in the below areas 0-100, 100 being expert/guru! 90+ rated perficient or above applications only in the below areas.)

• Local SEO (Business Page & Directory Optimization)
• On-Page SEO (Site Tags & Titles, Structure Data & Optimization)
• Link Building (Strategy & Optimization w/ SEMRush)
• Technical SEO (Index, Webmaster Tools, Site Maps, Optimization)
• Competitive Analysis (In Market Analysis & Rank Tracking, SEMRush Reporting)
• Market Analysis (Location, Keyword, & SEM Rush Reporting & Analysis)

This person would understand how to optimize metadata and install tracking/marketing code snippets for Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, Google Search Console & Yoast SEO, etc. This individual would be responsible for indexing websites and improving crawlability on an ongoing basis with Google, Yahoo & Upgrade to see actual info addition to site maintenance, this individual would have experience in cleaning up site maps and submitting them to SERPs. Lastly, this individual would be responsible for finding & fixing broken links, redirect chains, and orphan pages while using rich snippets and structured data to improve search visibility. This is a full-time position for the right person who wants to build an extended team relationship with a growing company in the US. Applicant must possess a reliable computer with a good, fast, reliable internet connection and cell phone. This person must be confident with all the skills mentioned above to apply and have a verified account on OnlineJobs.ph. They must be able to problem-solve and research solutions online and overcome challenges that stand between them and their goals.

• New hires will have a 30-day probation period
• Bi-Monthly pay on the 5th & 20th of each month (via Wise)
• Access to company software & training

DAILY TASKS
1) SEMRush Project Setup & Management
2) SEMRush Report Building
3) SEMRush Local Marketing Optimization
4) SEMRush Position Tracking
5) SEMRush Keyword Analysis
6) OnPage Optimization
7) OffPage Optimization

We will pay between $200-$500 per mo during the probation period. During the probation period, you will be evaluated on performance & an overall understanding of the position. Must be available during U.S. business/calling hours (8am-8pm PST) & work a minimum of 6 hrs. per day or 30 hrs. a week whichever is greater (i.e. you can work 3 x 10 hr. shifts in a week and meet the minimum or 5 x 6 hr. shifts, but you must work a minimum of 30 Upgrade to see actual info a week). We will have plenty of campaigns to keep you busy and if you want to earn more, you can work more hours.

At the end of the probation period, one of three things will happen 1) We will bring you on as a full-time salaried employee (great job) 2) We will offer you contract work on an hourly basis (good job) 3) We'll pay you in full and we'll part as friends (not so good job :)
