Project Success Manager

WebArc Technologies is a small family-based business that partners with its clients to help them succeed online by providing good old fashioned service across a complete suite of digital solutions.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Project Success Manager who can help us deliver client happiness and free up the CEO to focus on business development.

We have great relationships with our growing roster of clients and the CEO now needs help to manage these relationships.

This is a remote or work from home role and would ideally suit someone who is self-motivated and can work without being micro-managed.

You should be ready and willing to get great satisfaction from serving our audience and become an integral part of our small creative team.

You should have excellent people skills, integrity and attention to detail as well as a proactive mindset.

You'll report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities
Your job will be to use your past experience to:

- Manage the relationship with all existing clients and onboard new clients
- Respond to incoming requests from clients
- Keep track of projects and ensure deadlines are met and budgets are followed
- Proactively seek out opportunities to help existing clients grow
- Delegate client requests for extra development or maintenance work to relevant tea ---------- mbers
- Make sure the team has everything they need to succeed

Experience
You should have past experience communicating with clients across a broad spectrum of small businesses, helping them get clear on their goals and assisting with solutions.

You should be able to build relationships with clients so they feel like they are in good hands and they trust that we will do what we say. This is how we have managed to build such great relationships with our customers so far.

You should be comfortable using project management software, Dropbox, Zoom, Slack and other cloud-based communication tools.

You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.

However, we will train you regarding our systems, our products and our customers so you can apply your skills to help us achieve our mission.

Employment Type
This is a full-time role and we're not looking for an agency.
