Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a dedicated marketing assistant who will be responsible for filling our pipeline with qualified prospects by running out cold outreach campaigns, managing our prospect list data, setting up & running our monthly webinars & doing direct outreach prospecting work.

This is a Dedicated Permanent Full-time Position 40 hours per week. Your English skills are important as you will be talking to prospects and vendors.

Available to assist with everything from Internet research, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Experience with:
1) online research
2) data entry
3) video editing
4) social media management
5) ad creation
6) email management
7) Google Drive
8) if you have not done it, you are willing to figure it out

Qualifications
- Executive Administration experience
- Writing skills commonly found in US business communication

- To work and communicate effectively with people
- To work under pressure while adhering to even the shortest deadlines
