About the Job
We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager with both strategic and hands-on experience in major digital marketing channels for a new eLearning ---------- this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our new project’s brand awareness and support sales of our products.


Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the execution of both B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies for primarily the US market, achieving KPIs within budget.
- Acquire new customer leads and convert to course sales through the management of online marketing programs, including quiz funnels, SEO/SEM, paid social, social media, email, lead generation, content marketing and PR.
- Ongoing A/B testing for all campaigns with analytics review weekly/campaign.
- Heavy focus on email marketing to our very large existing list, marketing automation and email sequencing, and quiz funnels utilizing ---------- .
- Develop and manage broad-based marketing programs from conception through implementation and results measurement.
- Plan and manage our social media ---------- crease and maximize brand awareness.
- Plan and run PR outreach along with applying the thought leadership strategy.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the eLearning and industry sectors we serve to enable continuous optimization of marketing activities.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Report daily on progress and priorities


To Succeed You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing (note: digital marketing not just social media).
- In-depth knowledge of various channels, social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI, great eye for design and details, knowledge of CMS is a plus.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Experience working remotely, and to be comfortable working during 8.00-5.00 EST.

- Knowledge in CRM would be advantageous.
- Strong, written and oral proficiency in English
