Docking Drawer is the market leader of in-drawer electrical outlets.

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking to hire a Virtual Assistant reporting to leadership and supported by the entire sales and marketing team.

You will work closely in a collaborative team environment focusing on a wide range of activities ranging from digital marketing to social media and more. We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who has a voice, a thinker, wants to make an impact and wants to be part of our growing marketing team based in the Philippines.

About You

You are seeking a long-term working relationship so as we invest in each other, we can grow together. You are an efficient Virtual Assistant. You breeze through marketing, customer service and other projects. You are great at managing projects and love to collaborate.

We are looking for someone who is fun, hard working, and organized.

The more you learn about Docking Drawer the more projects we can assign to you. You love Zoom and are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. You glide through managing projects in ClickUp (Don’t know ClickUp, its like Asana, Trello, etc and is super easy to learn. We will teach you how to use it too) and more important, you are intellectually curious and ask lots of questions to gain understanding of the company, your projects and the team. Being inquisitive, strong desire to learn, easy to do business with, and fun personality are a big plusses well actually they are really required.

- Computer with working headset and camera for Zoom video meetings

- Communications via Slack, Zoom
- Google Docs and Sheets
- Project Management via Click Up
