Job Description
This position operates as the brand-expansion for our growing Korean Themed Restaurant. He or She will work directly with Upper Management especially Business Development and Project Team to define order placement targets and oversee re-order fulfillment to achieve franchise sales plans and store growth targets. In addition, He or She will review seasonal plans. To achieve internal revenue targets, this role is also responsible for identifying business opportunities and proposing solutions to maximize our profitability. To support our ongoing expansion efforts, this position will play a lead role in developing and/or participating in cross-brand initiatives to improve systems, tools, processes and efficiencies. Supervisory responsibility may be included.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree with 4-5 years of experience
Strong leadership skills
Strong business acumen, financial analysis, and technical skills
Superior written communication, presentation, and listening skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Able to deliver results by influencing internal and external partners

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with international franchise partners
Provide appropriate business analysis to influence franchise sales opportunities and assortment strategies
Monitor and support monthly reorder fulfillment process to ensure team meets/exceeds reorder placement goals
Ensure on-time purchase order deliveries to support franchise business requirements real estate growth strategies
Participate as primary point of contact with merchandising, sourcing, and catalog to ensure inventory investment strategies are communicated
Recommend processes and procedures to support market growth, workflow, and delivering results
Hire, train, supervise and develop staff as needed
Determine and prioritize workload for direct report(s)
Provide leadership and ongoing training and development to create positive team environment
Will be base in Manila – Makati or BGC (TBA)
Salary Ranges from 15k - 25k
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 10am-7pm | Saturday – half-day 10-3pm
Benefits:
