Tyroola is an ecommerce platform for tyres in the “Scale Up” stage. We disrupt the $5 billion traditional automotive aftermarket with presence in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and a few countries in Europe. Tyroola is a leading online marketplace for tyres and automotive parts in the “Scale Up” stage. We consider ourselves a marketing & technology-led company which happens to be selling tyres.


Job Summary
As a Business Analyst reporting to Finance function, you will conduct analyses on both operational areas and financials side to improve cost efficiency and enhance the profit ---------- addition, you will develop and monitor operational and business performance KPIs and ensure business reporting needs are met with high quality. You will need to have experience worthy of a senior analyst and be able to work independently to create your own projects to be presented to the leadership team/directors of the company.

Job Responsibilities
- Explore and Identify areas to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate the decision making of management with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Examine and make recommendations regarding the online sales efforts of a business.
- Working closely with other functions to facilitate decision making with impactful analytics

Job Skills and Qualifications
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Recommended Skills
• Experience in handling big data
• SQL Experience
• Power Query Experience
• Understanding of e-commerce business model and supply chain.

System and Office Requirements:
• Has a dedicated workspace.
• Computer or laptop with current specifications of Core i3 and 8gb ram recommended
• Stable internet with fast connection speeds of at least 10mbps.
• A headset and a web cam
