Cyber Security CS VA

We are actively looking for a VA with experience in inbound and outbound calls, emails for CS, and with exp in copyright infringement in accordance with DMCA. This role is highly technical in nature, and only experienced candidates will be shortlisted.

Roles (but not limited to):
1. Research and find infringing listings/websites
2. Understands directions
3. Organized
4. Willingness to learn
5. Has customer service exp
6. Confident in taking inbound and outbound calls
7. Knows how to use google spreadsheets


This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST
