Packaging Designer

Please do NOT apply if your previous experience is only in graphic designing. This is different from designing labels, we are looking for someone who has experience in packaging products.

Responsibilities
• Identifies opportunities to improve product packaging and the unpacking customer experience Identifies opportunities to reduce packing size & weight to decrease fulfillment costs
• Familiarity/understanding of packaging materials ( ---------- rdboard, weight, etc.) and general knowledge of how the supply chain works (ie. general flow & costs of sampling, ordering, shipping etc.).

• Previous experience in designing hang tags

Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn existing and new workflows.
• Strong interest in the technical and production side of design
• Working into existing templates and parent document styling
• Ability to produce independently in a team environment receiving guidance from a manager
