CREATIVE MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are a growing marketing firm looking for a talented and dynamic Creative Marketing Account Manager to help manage the marketing efforts of 2-3 of our ---------- will mostly involve social media and email marketing. Must have a good eye for creativity and design but doesn’t have to be a designer.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the client’s marketing activities
1. Social media management
- Developing social media strategies to drive engagement and increase following
- Planning out a calendar of social media posts and stories
- Developing posts & stories – you can design them yourself or work with our designers
- Writing, proofreading, and editing captions
- Monitoring social media statistics/analytics and coming up with ideas and strategies on how to further improve
following and engagement

2. Email Marketing
- Designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns (can design it yourself or work with our designers)
- Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes

3. Other Marketing Materials
- Design other marketing materials such as signs, banners, brochures, websites & logos

Skills:
- Proven work experience as a marketing account manager
- Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management
- Someone who is creative and has a marketing mindset
- Well organized, and can prepare a content calendar
- Can strategize and execute those strategies
- Has good analytical skills

Hours:
This is a full-time job working US Eastern Standard Time hours.
Typical hours will be 10 AM – 7 PM but when there’s a deadline we may need you to stay a bit longer
