The job responsibilities include assisting in order conversion, client support, managing purchase orders, assisting with vendor and client questions, and other tasks as they may arise.
Quickly adapt from task to task, while remaining organized and completing all tasks is essential in this position.
The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, comfortable using technology, resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Experience: 1+ years of promotional industry experience, preferred.
Responsibilities & Duties
Order conversion and submission:
Verifying inventory, Verifying pricing and Confirming production time
Open and Respond to
Complete Back End of Order Support in provided operating system:
Update Order Status,
HOURS: 40 hours per week. Must be available between 8am-5pm EST
You must own a recent computer that runs Windows 10. You will need a reliable internet connection--at least 8 Mbps up and down speed and a dedicated space in your home to work.
