Customer service manager with good critical thinking and decision making skills sought for online ecommerce company selling personalized products.
Candidates with additional social media, video, graphic design and research skills also encouraged to apply. Ecommerce experience/ Amazon FBA, writing skills and web design or blogging experience would also helpful.
Additional responsibilities may also be available for the right candidate.
Skills required:
Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills
6 months customer service experience
Excellent written English skills and ability to write in American colloquialisms preferred
(Position does not involve or require phone work)
Familiarity With US culture and geography is preferred.
Being able to make good customer service and data decisions on your own, after learning.
Ability to keep track of many ongoing issues and excellent documentation skills.
Availability for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 days per week (some days maybe require as little as a few hours of work)
Reliable, able to show up and complete tasks everyday
