Web developer.

Requirements:
Honest, disciplined and be able to stay on schedule.
Must be able to build nice clean looking websites/blogs.
PHP5
Advanced English
Be willing to acquire other skills through training, such as dealing with customers through email and phone.
Must have example of web development work. Would also like some references.
High speed Internet connection, reliable computer, etc.

Pluses, but not required:
graphic design, may need logo designed in the future.
know other good people in the Philippines who could provide other services to me, BPO support, cold callers, article writers, link builders, answering service providers. I don’t need these services currently, but will need them in the very near future.
Someone with the ability to set up a small dedicated team in the Philippines for me in the future, like a small contact centre, that would provide answering services to north american customers. The time frame for this would be within the next 8 months. Basically I want a person who can hire other members for our time.

Would like this position to be a seed for a larger project in the Philippines, for instance a contact centre.
Would like a quick phone interview, can you Yahoo Voip or Skype.
You will be paid every week for the first month, and every two weeks after that.
Please send salary requirements for either part time 20hrs or full time 40hr+ or hourly work. The 13 month will be prorated at the end of the year.
