Full Time Dedicated Customer Service Specialist/Lead

Our Company is looking for a dedicated, passionate and experienced candidate to work on our Customer Service team.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a growth mindset and interested in developing with a fast phase environment. with leadership/ability to handle a team in the future.
We sell our own branded products on Amazon but also on other sellingplatforms. We do this for 6 years and are working with a team of highly motivated people.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Customer Service (Daily, 7 days a week)
-Data Entry and Administration
-Other Management Duties Assigned

Knowledge and Skills:
-Knowledge of Customer Service processes
-At least 3 years experience as an Executive/Admin Virtual Assitant
- Experience with Amazon customer service

Preferably also experience with:
Manychat/E-commerce Platform

-Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Google Suite
-Task Management Software like ----------
