Customer service VA for property website

Hello,

We are looking for a customer service rock star who loves helping people on a tech platform that is built for members who deal in real estate.

This is a full time, secure, long term role.

We have a website and 2 phone apps.

-You will need to have strong customer service experience.
-Love solving problems.
-Be tech savvy, our website is a buddyboss membership site and has many tools and member levels to it.
-You will need to be able to jump on calls with people and speak clearly in English.
-Be able to write clear communications to members and our tech team if any problems arise.
-Record videos for the website showing how features and functions work.
-Be able to moderate content on the website, remove content, warn members, etc.
-Be proficient with online file management and downloading/uploading documents.
-Experience with diary management, travel arrangements and appointment setting.
-Experience with managing LinkedIn profiles.
