About this Role
As an Administration Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative operations and processes of the team. To be successful in this role, you should be analytical, a fast-learner, and organised with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills. This role reports directly to the Business Operations

Responsibilities:
• Meet organisational KPIs and targets for the administration team
• Provide monthly forecasts of enrolment completions
• Manage day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
• Ensure and monitor accuracy of applications for student enrolment and ensure all applications meets up-to-date entry requirements
• Manage and maintain at least 99?curacy in all aspects of the Admin Department
• Conduct audits in all Admin processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Ensure all scheduled
• Process refunds when applicable
• Deliver timely detailed reports
• Ensure all procedures and written notices are documented and implemented
• Audit students records and documentation and workflow to ensure compliance and best practice
• Assist in recruitment of administration staff when necessary and provide subsequent training and skill development
• Rostering of the administration team to fit workload
• Facilitate succession planning within the administration department by fostering leadership development and identifying gaps in skill
• Implement practice changes and quality improvements seamlessly within the team
• Exhibit effective communication skills with all staff and students
• Manage and dedicate tasks and ensure effectiveness and efficiency within the admin team
• Improve administration procedures to ensure work efficiency.
• Establish strong working relationship with the other managers and staff
• Report weekly during the Leadership Meeting
To be Successful in this Role You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
• Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience working in a multinational organisation a must
• Managing multinational staff highly advantageous
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role is preferred
• Australia Registered Training Organisation experience is preferred
• Understands ASQA and DESBT Compliance is an advantage
Salary Offer is at PHP65,000.00
